Bombay Dyeing to announce Q1 results on Jul 25, 2007

Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider & take on record the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007 (Q1).

Further the Company has informed that at the above meeting the Board will also consider a proposal for a preferential issue of warrants to Promoters in terms of Chapter XIII of SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.
