Jaybharat Textiles Board to consider Bonus Issue

Jaybharat Textiles & Real Estate Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider and decide the following:

1. Issue of Bonus equity shares subject to approval of members of the Company.

2. Alteration in authorize share capital clause of the MOA and AOA.
