Foseco India Board declares second interim dividend of Rs.5

Foseco India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 17, 2007, inter alia, has declared a second interim dividend of Rs 5/- per equity share of Rs 10 to the shareholders. In addition to the year-to-date interim dividend of 20%, this declaration brings the cumulative interim dividend to 70%.

The stock closed the day at Rs.423.70, up by Rs.13.70 or 3.34%. The total traded quantity was 1453 compared to 2 week average of 611. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.424.50 and low of Rs.418.
