Gulshan Chemfill Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 21, 2007 to August 24, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 25, 2007.
