Flat Products Board recommends 90% final dividend

Flat Products Equipments India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2007, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of 90% (Last year 10%) subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. This is in addition to the interim dividend of 10% (Last year NIL). Cumulative dividend for the Financial Year 2006-2007 is 100% (Last year 10%).
