Shoppers Stop signs MOU with Home Retail Group of UK

Shoppers Stop Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding signed with Home Retail Group of United Kingdom, to develop the Argos format of catalogue retailing in India with exclusive franchise from them, the Company, HyperCity Retail (India) Ltd, and Gateway Multichannel Retail (India) Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company has signed the necessary Agreements in this regards.

The stock closed the day at Rs.590.05. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.599 and low of Rs.590. The total traded quantity was 766 compared to 2 week average of 584.
