Accentia Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 18, 2007, inter alia, to discuss the following:

1. To take on account the un-audited results for the 1st Quarter of 2007-08.

2. To finalize the terms and conditions for the proposed issuance of GDR.

3. To discuss on the finalization modalities of USD 3 M Acquisition Target with reference to USA based Health Care BPO.
