Divis Laboratories fixes Book Closure for stock split & AGM

Divis Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 10, 2007 to August 13, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company to Rs 2/- per share from the existing Face Value of Rs 10/- per share & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 03, 2007.
