Vision Corporation to increase authorized share capital

Vision Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 10, 2007, inter alia, has decided to increase the authorized share capital of the Company from Rs 5.5 Cr to Rs 20 Cr and approval of the members of the Company for the same be taken in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
