Satra Properties India Board to consider interim dividend

Satra Properties India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To consider and approve the un-audited quarterly results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To declare the Interim Dividend for the year 2007-2008, if any.
