Astec Lifesciences Ltd reappoints Chairman & MD

The Board of Directors of Astec Lifesciences Ltd at its meeting held on March 05, 2015, on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors subject to the approval of the shareholders have reappointed Mr. Ashok V. Hiremath as Chairman & Managing Director and Mr. Janak Jaganath Rawal as Whole Time Director of the Company for a further period of Three years with effect from January 20, 2015. The approval of the shareholders will be obtained at the General Meeting of the Company.
