Shree Ajit Pulp Board recommends 2.5% dividend

Shree Ajit Pulp & Paper Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Re 0.25 per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the current accounting year ended March 31, 2007, subject to approval of shareholders.
