Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 15, 2007 to September 22, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Dividend & 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 22, 2007.
