Tulip IT Services Board to recommend final dividend

Tulip IT Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 13, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To take on record Audited Financial Results for the Year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2006-07.

3. To consider increase in remuneration of Lt Col (Retd) H S Bedi, Managing Director and Mrs. Maninder Bedi, Executive Director.
