S J Sibal ceases to be Director of NMDC Ltd

Shri S. J. Sibal, Director of NMDC Ltd, had completed the period of 3 years tenure on December 27, 2014 as Independent Director on the Board of the Company. Accordingly he ceased to be Director on the Board of the Company with effect from December 28, 2014.

Further, the Company has already taken up the matter with the Govt. of India to fill up the said vacancy.

Shares of NMDC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.139.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 146.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 342503 in over 8320 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 145.3 and intraday low of 139.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 48399227.
