R P Singh ceases to be Director of SJVN Ltd

Shri R. P. Singh has ceased to be the Chairman & Managing Director of SJVN Ltd w.e.f. December 31, 2014 on attaining the age of superannuation and is relieved of his duties and post vide letter dated December 31, 2014 issued by the Ministry of Power, Government of India.

Shares of SJVN Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 24.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 533765 in over 2212 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 25.55 and intraday low of 24.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13441602.
