Dredging Corporation of India Ltd appoints Director

The Ministry of Shipping, Government of India vide its letter dt December 22, 2014 - Office Order - 13/2014 has communicated the appointment of Shri S.Charles as Director (Finance) of Dredging Corporation of India Ltd for a period of five years from the date of his assumption of Charge of the post, or till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.

Mr. S Charles has assumed charge as Director (Finance) of the Company on December 26, 2014.

Shares of DREDGING CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.407.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 408.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6844 in over 996 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 418 and intraday low of 405.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2814918.
