Indusind Bank Ltd re-appoints Managing Director & CEO

The Board of Directors of Indusind Bank Ltd had, in their meeting held on October 13, 2014, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Romesh Sobti as Managing Director and CEO of the Bank for a period of three years w.e.f. February 01, 2015, subject to approval of the Reserve Bank of India.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) have conveyed approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Romesh Sobti as Managing Director and CEO, for the period February 01, 2015 to January 31, 2018.

Shares of INDUSIND BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.784.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 783.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43182 in over 2433 trades.
