Shree Rajasthan Texchem equity shareholders & creditors to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Shree Rajasthan Texchem Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order of High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur, separate meetings of the Equity Shareholders, Secured & Unsecured Creditors of the Company will be held on October 06, 2006, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the Compromise or Arrangement proposed to be made between the Company with Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd and equity shareholders and creditors of the Company aforesaid.
