Kansal Fibres Ltd approves forfeiture of 227800 shares

The Board of Directors of Kansal Fibres Ltd at its meeting held on October 22, 2014, has approved the Forfeiture of 2,27,800 Equity Shares issued in the Public Issue held in the year 1995 which are partly paid up.
