Mirc Electronics Ltd to open rights issue on September 29, 2014

The Rights Issue Committee of Mirc Electronics Ltd has on September 18, 2014 finalised the issue schedule w.r.t. the Rights Issue of equity shares of the Company, including matters related/ incidental thereto.

The Issue opening date is September 29, 2014 and the issue closing date is October 13, 2014.

The last date for receipt of the split application form is October 07, 2014.

The Issue period may be extended, subject to the total issue period not exceeding thirty calendar days.

Further, the Rights Issue Committee also approved the Letter of Offer for filing with Stock Exchanges and SEBI.
