K S Oils Ltd Clarifies on asset sale

K S Oils Ltd has clarified with reference the news item appearing in the leading website Portal on September 15, 2014 regarding "lender seek to fast-track asset sale of K S Oils".

In a notification to the stock exchange, the company has said that it is not involved in negotiation with any of the bidder as the process of selling of the assets of the Company is being handled by the lenders.

The company has been informing the stock exchanges from time to time the developments with regard to the sale of Assets i.e. Shareholders Notice, Approvals thereof and Demand notices under SARFASI.

Shares of K.S.OILS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2.17 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5132206 in over 2558 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2.2 and intraday low of 2.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11253211.
