Sowbhagya Media Ltd acquires rights to remake the film 'Manja Pai' in Hindi

Sowbhagya Media Ltd has acquired the rights to remake the film 'Manja Pai' in Hindi and other North Indian Languages - Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Rajasthani, Sindhi, Bhojpuri and Oriya and other languages.

Manja pai (English: Yellow Bag) is a 2014 Indian Humorous Tamil Family Drama Film directed by N Ragavan, produced by Thirupathi Brothers and A Sarkunam Cinemaz. The film cast included Vimal, Rajkiran and Lakshmi Menon. The film was released worldwide on June 6, 2014 and is an undisputed commercial success in Tamil Nadu.

The film is being remade in Telugu by the ace director, Dasari Narayana Rao as "Erra bus" (English: Red Bus) with Vishnu Manchu.

Shares of SOWBHAGYA MEDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.6.13 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5.88. The total number of shares traded during the day was 231806 in over 363 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 6.17 and intraday low of 5.59. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1408397.
