17000 kilometers, 14 cities and one musically intense year later, the Red Bull Tour Poster-02Bus is back where it all started: Mumbai. And this gig promises to blow the roof.
In 2013, the stage-cum-vehicle housed bands including Scribe, Swarathma, Dualist Inquiry Band, Parikrama, The Supersonics and many more. As the Red Bull Tour Bus enters the second year, the roster is set to grow. Kicking it off at the anniversary festival will be the headliners Pentagram, The Raghu Dixit Project, Bhayanak Maut and Skrat.
Pentagram, a band believed to be the pioneer of the Indian Independent music scene, said "The Red Bull Tour Bus has been an interesting platform for a lot of cutting edge new talent in India, over the past year of existence. We're really excited to bring our madness atop the bus to celebrate 1 year! #OffTheRoof".
Raghu, front man of the multilingual folk band, The Raghu Dixit Project, is excited to play on the bus, "As one of the first few people who was meant to get on the Red Bull Tour Bus, we can hardly wait to finally do a live gig on the bus! We are part of quite a crazy lineup, and I'm sure it's going to be one hell of a gig to watch.
Joining them on the roof would be India's leading metal band Bhayanak Maut, funk/nu disco duo Madboy Mink, singer-song writers Ankur & Sidd along with the alternative rock band from Chennai Skrat and DJ Sa with Sound Avtar who'll ensure the party keeps going.
So, clear your calendar for October 18th and head over to Richardson and Cruddas, Byculla, Mumbai for Red Bull Tour Bus - Off The Roof 2014.
