Vijaya Bank appoints 2 directors

Vijaya Bank has announced that two Directors have been deemed elected to Bank's Board w.e.f. August 08, 2014. The two directors are Smt. Bharati Rao and Shri. P. Vaidyanathan.

The above elected Directors shall be on the Bank's Board for a period of three years from August 08, 2014 to August 07, 2017.

Shares of VIJAYA BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.47.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 48.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 148364 in over 1488 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 48.25 and intraday low of 47.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7058380.
