India Finsec Ltd approves preferential allotment of 55 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of India Finsec Ltd at its meeting held on August 04, 2014, has unanimously approved for preferential allotment of 55,00,000 (Fifty five Lakhs) Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs. 10/- to the proposed allottees.
