City Union Bank closes QIP issue

The QIP Management Committee of City Union Bank Ltd has, at its meeting held on July 17, 2014, declared the closure of the QIP on July 17, 2014.

The committee als determined and approved the issue price of Rs. 75.05 per Equity Share, equal to the Floor Price, for the Equity Shares to be allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers in the QIP.

The committee also approved and adopted the placement document dated July 17, 2014, in connection with the QIP (the "Placement Document").

Shares of CITY UNION BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.81 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 75.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 337575 in over 3906 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 82.7 and intraday low of 75.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27013502.
