This year Delhi's favourite hotel The Suryaa New Delhi is celebrating the holy Ramzan month with their masterchef Arif Quereshi. The Suryaa is offering traditional food from early morning Sehri to evening Iftar.
For Sehri, the guests are in for a sumptuous treat with Biryani, Nihari, fresh fruits, juices, milk, freshly baked bakery items and Iranian dates. Considering Sehri is an important part of Ramzan, the menu has been carefully made so that it keeps the devotees going through the day.
In the evening for Iftar the table is laid for a lavish feast as there is a spread of world cuisine. The dinner table has a variety of kebabs from Galouti kebabs to Kakori Kebabs, Luchnowi Dum Biryani which is the most authentic nawabi dish to Murgh Biryani which surely is a treat you're your taste buds. The dinner is followed by a selection of classical desserts such as Gulab Jamun with cardamom cream, Rasmalai, ice creams and many more chocolate desserts. Desserts are made with a lot of thought so that our guests can indulge in every piece of it.
