Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills appoints Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills Ltd in its meeting held on May 27, 2014 has appointed Sri. R Surender Reddy as Independent Director for a period of 5 years subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing AGM. In accordance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 the appointment has been made by a letter of appointment.
