Asit C Mehta Financial Services Ltd fixes Dec 7, 2023 as record date for 133:200 rights issue

The Board of Directors of Asit C Mehta Financial Services at their meeting held on December 01, 2023 at the registered office of the Company situated at Nucleus House, Saki Vihar Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400 072 have considered and approved the terms of the upcoming rights issue.

Right Issue Size: Upon recommendation of the Rights Issue Committee, the Board has decided and fixed Rs. 4,987.60 Lakhs as the Right Issue Size.

Right Shares: 3293452 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 151.44 each.

Right Issue Price: Rs. 151.44 Per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 141.44 per equity share)

Right Entitlement Ratio: 133 (One Hundred Thirty-Three) new Equity Shares for every 200 (Two Hundred) existing equity shares held by the eligible shareholders as on the Record Date as mentioned below.

Fixed record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders who will be eligible to apply for the issue as Thursday, December 7, 2023 (Record Date).

ISIN for Right Entitlement: The Company has made necessary arrangements with NSDL & CDSL for the credit of the Right Entitlement in dematerialized form in the demat account of the eligible equity shareholders. The ISIN for such Right Entitlement is INE041B20014.

Proposed Rights Issue Period:

(a) The Right Issue opening date: Friday, December 15, 2023
(b) The Right Issue closing date: Friday, December 22, 2023.
The last date for on market renunciation of right entitlement will be December 19, 2023.
