Lumax Industries Board recommends 45% dividend

Lumax Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 45% (Rs 4.50 per Equity Share) for the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
