Ahlcon Parenterals India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2007 and to consider and propose dividend for the same year, if any.
