Jayabharat Credit Board recommends 8% dividend

Jayabharat Credit Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Re 0.80 (8%) on each of the share for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
