Umang Dairies Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1 for 2013-14

The Board of Directors of Umang Dairies Ltd at its meeting held on May 13, 2014, has recommended dividend for the financial year March 31, 2014, @ Re. 1.00 per share (20%) on 2,20,03,200 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company. The said dividend will be paid/despatched between October 07, 2014 to October 13, 2014.
