Smruthi Organics declares 25% dividend

Smruthi Organics Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 11, 2006 have approved payment of Dividend @ 25%. The said dividend shall be paid on or before October 07, 2006.
