Bank of Maharashtra Board to consider Final Dividend for 2013-14

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Bank of Maharashtra will be held on May 13, 2014, to consider and to approve the audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2014.

The Board will recommend final dividend, if any, for the FY 2013-14.

The Trading Window will remain closed for the Directors and Designated employees of the Bank from May 05, 2014 to May 14, 2014 and will reopen on May 15, 2014, In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992. suitable notice of the Closure of Trading Window has been given to directors and designated employees.

Shares of BANK OF MAHARASHTRA was last trading in BSE at Rs.37.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 79875 in over 785 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 38.2 and intraday low of 37.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3018528.
