JSW ENERGY Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & 20th AGM

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of JSW Energy Ltd will remain closed from July 15, 2014 to July 23, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 23, 2014.

The Dividend, if approved by the shareholders of the Company, shall be paid on July 24, 2014.

Shares of JSW Energy Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.51.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 53.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 418104 in over 4664 trades.
