Nath Seeds appoints Satish Kagliwal as MD

The Board of Directors of Nath Seeds Ltd at its meeting held on April 23, 2014, has decided to appoint Mr. Satish Kagliwal as Managing Director of the Company, subject to the approval by members in General Meeting.
