Chambal Fertilisers fixes Book Closure for Dividend

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 18, 2007 to July 24, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend.
