Bajaj Corp Ltd Board to consider Final Dividend for 2013-14

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Bajaj Corp Ltd will be held on April 28, 2014, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the financial year ended March 31, 2014, Audited Annual Accounts (Standalone and Consolidated) together with Auditors' Report on Standalone and Consolidated Annual Accounts, Directors' Report (including Management Discussion and Analysis Report), Report on Corporate Governance and recommendation of final dividend (if any), for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.

A meeting of the Audit Committee of Directors will also be held on April 28, 2014 immediately before the aforementioned Board Meeting to review the aforesaid Audited Financial Results and Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.

Pursuant to Company's Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, 2010 (Revised), please note that the Trading Window will be closed for trading in Company's equity shares for Directors/Designated Employees from April 17, 2014 and would remain closed until 24 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014 to the public (both days inclusive).
