S V Raghavendra appointed as CFO of Amara Raja Batteries Ltd

The Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of Amara Raja Batteries Ltd at their respective meeting(s) held on April 07, 2014, approved the appointment of Mr. S. V. Raghavendra as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective from April 08, 2014.

Mr. K. Suresh, relinquished his office as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and shall assume responsibilities as President - Finance of the Company in the areas of Strategic Planning, Project Financing and future business opportunities etc effective from April 08, 2014.
