Nestle India Fixes Book Closure for Final Dividend & 55th AGM for year 2013

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of Nestle India Ltd will remain closed from May 19, 2014 to May 20, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company now to be held on May 12, 2014.

The Final Dividend for the year 2013, if approved by the Shareholders at the 55th Annual General Meeting, shall be paid on and from May 29, 2014.

Shares of NESTLE INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.4741.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4827.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 76778 in over 1222 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4837.8 and intraday low of 4717.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 370016271.
