Neuland Laboratories re-appoints Dr. D R Rao as Chairman and MD

The Board of Directors of Neuland Laboratories Ltd at its meeting held on March 20, 2014, had approved re-appointment of Dr. D. R. Rao as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, for a further period of 5 years w.e.f. April 01, 2014, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
