Winsome Textile closes Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company

The Board of Directors of Winsome Textile Industries Ltd vide circular resolution dated March 10, 2014 have approved for closure of Winsome Textile Industries FZE, a wholly subsidiary of the Company, at United Arab Emirates.

Shares of WINSOME TEXTILE INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.50.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 49. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20000 in over 60 trades.
