Nestle India Fixes Book Closure for Final Dividend & 55th AGM

Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 01, 2014 to April 10, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on April 10, 2014.

The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting shall be paid on and from April 22, 2014.

Shares of NESTLE INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.5026.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5010.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 675 in over 284 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 5043.2 and intraday low of 4999. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3390721.
