Igarashi Motors India Ltd allots equity shares in lieu of conversion of Optionally Convertible Redeemable Debentures

On January 16, 2014, the Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Igarashi Motors India Ltd approved allotment of 92,32,362 (Ninety two Lacs Thirty Two Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Two) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Mr. Padamabhan Mukund at an issue Price of Rs. 65/- per each Share in lieu conversion of 92,32,362 OCDs.

Post allotment of 92,32,362 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each, the Company's issued and paid-up share capital is at 3,04,45,444 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- amounting to Rs. 304,454,440/-.
