HCL Technologies Fixes Record Date for Second Interim Dividend

HCL Technologies Ltd has announced the record date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of the 2nd interim dividend as January 23, 2014, subject to approval of the interim dividend by the Board of Directors.

Shares of HCL Technologies Ltd was last trading BSE at Rs.1260.95, up by Rs.9.45 or 0.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1265 and intraday low of Rs.1244.

The total traded quantity was 0.26 lakh shares as compared to 2 week average of 0.37 lakh shares.
