Binani Cement fixes Book Closure of Dividend & AGM

Binani Cement Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 26, 2007 to July 02, 2007 for the purpose of payment of dividend @ 20% i.e. Rs 2/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each to the Equity Shareholders & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 02, 2007.
