Era Financial Services India Ltd allots 44812956 shares

The Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Era Financial Services India Ltd at its meeting held on December 19, 2013 has made allotment of 4,48,12,956 equity shares (having face value of Rs. 2/- each) to the shareholders of the transferor Company, after giving effect to the reduction of share capital from face value of Rs. 10/- per share to Rs. 2/- per share as envisaged by the order of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi dated July 31, 2013 approving the Composite scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation.

Shares of Era Financial Services Ltd has been suspended due to Procedural reasons.
