Supreme Yarns EGM approves preferential issue of shares

Supreme Yarns Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on May 30, 2007, inter alia, have approved the matter regarding issue of preferential shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.32.50, up by Rs.0.85 or 2.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.32.50 and low of Rs.31.70. The total traded quantity was 10816 compared to 2 week average of 51410.
